VALDOBBIADENE SUPERIORE DI CARTIZZE

SPUMANTE EXTRA DRY
A lightly straw-coloured wine with hints of green. The spume that forms is abundant and evanescent to the correct level, leaving numerous regular strings of extremely fine bubbles along the glass. Excellent as an aperitif, and with fish dishes. Serve cool at a temperature of 7-9°.
COLOUR: Light straw with greenish reflections
BOUQUET: Fresh sensations of a floral nature (acacia and jasmine) with the added roundness of ripe fruit (mostly green apples). Final sensation reminiscent of freshly dried hay
TASTE: Flavourful, full, balanced, corresponding exactly to the scent and bouquet
