Production area: Valdobbiadene.
Altitude of the vineyard: 200 metres above sea level.
Soil morphology: Hilly, limestone with moraines and clay.
Form of training: Double arched caning.
Yield per hectare: 130 quintals.
Partly white-wine vinification with soft pressing, partly with short maceration.
In bottle with its own yeast.
Its straw-yellow, slightly cloudy colour—characteristic of the type—cannot hide the fine and continuous perlage. The nose is subtle and elegant thanks to the notes of yeast and the intense freshness of citrus and sage. It is very dry on the palate with notes of grains and a bitter and persistent finish.
Store the bottle vertically in a cool place.
We recommend serving Bottle-fermented sparkling white wine with Culatello di Zibello or with a sea bream in salt.
