White-wine vinifi cation with soft pressing and a maximum yield of 65%.
Battonage during storage
Full decanting twice.
Secondary fermentation (prise de mousse)
Its color is golden yellow. The nose is slightly fruity and aromatic. On the palate the sip is characterized by a fine and fruity acidity with lingering finish.
Store the bottle vertically In a cool place.
Ideal with fish and shellfish first courses and to accompany delicate cheeses. Recommended in combination with delicately spiced dishes.
