How to buy
To purchase on the site www.garbara.it it is not necessary to be registered. 
Users can continue with the purchase of products in their shopping cart, calculate shipping costs in advance, specify to which address to send the products on sale on garbara.it.
 Your shopping cart is always visible at the top right-hand side of the site, to order products just click on the “PURCHASE” button, then click on “SEE YOUR CART” and fill in the sections indicated.

Shipping (only in Italy)
To calculate the shipping cost simply enter the destination postcode then click “UPDATE TOTAL” to get the total cost of the wine including shipping.

Delivery in 3/4 working days

Shipping cost Italy: 9,9 €

To confirm your order click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.

Fill in the billing information, destination address and then proceed to the payment method selection.

In the last step you will see your order, including shipping costs. To finish your purchase and send your request to our dispatch office, click on “PLACE ORDER”.
 Our dispatch department receives your request and dispatches the products to the address you have indicated.

Payment Methods
The permitted methods of payment are: bank transfer and Paypal.

It is possible to pay through the Paypal circuit even without being a Paypal user: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO credit cards are enabled.

What is the Right of withdrawal and who can exercise it?

The sale of products via the Internet is governed by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005 “Consumer Code pursuant to Article 7 of Law no. 229 of 29 July 2003”, which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. made outside business premises.

This legislation enshrines the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and obtain reimbursement of the expense incurred. This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), so it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes relating to their professional activity, if any.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send, within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the goods, a communication by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt stating the wish to withdraw from the contract.
